THE TWO STRANDS ON THIS NECKLACE ARE STRUNG TIGHT, WITH GREAT IVORY LUSTER ON THE GLASS PEARLS. NECKLACE BY THE THEN POPULAR BRAND ~ JAPAN. HALLMARKED JAPAN ON CLOSURE, WHICH IS GOLD PLATED, RHINESTONE ACCENTS ON THIS AND THESE BEADS ARE UNIQUE AND WELL MADE. Beautiful earrings thank you! Cleaning was required to remove sebum on posts from previous wear. Very pretty earrings but would not label them "new vintage".
