Products are shipped usually within two business days on general terms and conditions of the carrier. Orders on a Friday will not be shipped till the following Monday or on statutory holidays, the following Tuesday. General shipping usually takes between 14-21 business days depending on the holding times of the applicable customs procedures of your country. You must email the admin prior to any purchase if you want a rush order. Each country has different rates that the admin must calculate prior to your purchase. Please be patient with response times as we will respond to all inquires within 3 business days.

Combine Shipping for multiple orders are possible for up to 5 items depending on its weight with a combine and handling fee of 2$ additional per item.

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of your purchase date or shipment arriving date.
