Payment - All payments must be received within 7 days of auction end. If for some reason you need more time to make payment please inform us in advance. Nonpayment may result in an automatic none payment case being opened . We do not accept any other method than PayPal at the moment.

Shipping - Postal charges are clearly shown within the auction listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.

Dispatch Times - Products are shipped usually within two business days on general terms and conditions of the carrier. Orders on a Friday will not be shipped till the following Monday or on statutory holidays, the following Tuesday. General shipping usually takes between 14-21 business days depending on the holding times of the applicable customs procedures of your country. You must email us prior to any purchase if you want a rush order. Each country has different rates that we must calculate prior to your purchase. Please be patient with response times as we will respond to all inquires within 3 business days.
