Fast shipping, good packing, little bit less blue colour

This is not a picture of what I received. Worse than that, the stone at the top on one of the earrings is cracked, possibly in the mail since the posts were bent as well. The bottom stones are not as pictured and don't even match. Disappointing, to say

I just received this and my mother took it for her own it's so lovely
