What the photos cannot show is that each piece is individually hand finished. Any jump rings used are hand drawn and soldered on (not cast) individually. Each piece is hand cleaned and polished (not put into a tumbler and polished en mass). These details add to the quality of the piece.

Our standard shipping is via Registered Post with a tracking number. Registered Post takes longer than regular post. Average delivery time is 7 – 10 working days.

It is not our business to make money from postage and we always charge the minimum postage charge possible. Please keep in mind that the postage is not the only cost in sending a parcel. There is packaging and time to be factored.

For items costing or totaling $250 or more at the time of payment, we will send free of charge, or as otherwise stated.

We are unable to accept re sized rings, engraved items and earrings (due to hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.

Many people do not require a reason for returning purchases we do not either, however it would be greatly appreciated if an honest reason be given no matter what it may be, this is so that we can improve our e-bay listings and service.
