Shipping

Products are shipped usually within two business days on general terms and conditions of the carrier.

General shipping usually takes between 14-28 business days depending on the holding times of the applicable customs procedures of your country.

Combined Shipping for multiple orders is possible for up to 5 items depending on its weight.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit times due to circumstances beyond our control ( natural disasters,trade union action, high volume seasonal rushes etc..)

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of your purchase date or shipment arriving date.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 (Two) Business days of receipt of merchandise. We hold the right to request photographic proof at this time.
