Despite being cultivated, each cultured pearl develops unique, sometimes unpredictable characteristics—such as luster, surface texture, and overtones—closely resembling those of pearls found in nature.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 (Two) Business days of receipt of merchandise. We hold the right to request photographic proof at this time.
