Whats is ‘Gold-Filled’?

Gold-Filled jewellery is made by fusing a layer of genuine gold to a base metal of brass or copper using heat & pressure. Usage of carefully controlled heat and pressure means that the bond between the two metals is permanent and therefore the layer of gold will not peel off or change colour. Unlike gold plated jewellery, gold-filled jewellery is longer-lasting and is favoured for its similarity in appearance to genuine gold at a fraction of the cost.

Shipping & Return Policy

Products are shipped usually within two business days on general terms and conditions of the carrier. Orders on a Friday will not be shipped till the following Monday or on statutory holidays, the following Tuesday. General shipping usually takes between 14-21 business days depending on the holding times of the applicable customs procedures of your country. You must email the admin prior to any purchase if you want a rush order. Each country has different rates that the admin must calculate prior to your purchase. Please be patient with response times as we will respond to all inquires within 3 business days.

Combine Shipping for multiple orders are possible for up to 5 items depending on its weight with a combine and handling fee of 2$ additinal per item.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of your purchase date or shipment arriving date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 (Two) Business days of receipt of merchandise. We hold the right to request photographic proof at this time.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
