GR N 11 We have created The Silver Rock Art Collection so people can have access to rings, that because of the gemstone used, will be of an individual nature. There are a lot of artificial stones on the market these days and they all have a sameness about them that tends to ruin the whole gemstone experience. To have a natural gem for a lot of people {including us at Steve and Linda's of the earth gems } is a enjoyment and a pleasure to behold and to have it set in a ring allows us to carry our stone with us without losing it. Often the stone will exhibit natural characteristics making it a individual item. So we at Steve and Linda's of the earth gems have decided to create a range of rings that are one off individual pieces for people who want something that wont be carbon copied to death. We feel that there is a place for jewelry to be an individual experience that is personal and so the concept of The Silver Rock Art Collection came into being. This ring was set with a natural Australian bi-coloured sapphire which we cut ourselves. Cutting bi-coloured sapphires almost requires fanatical focus to ensure that the division of colour is prominent in the finished stone instead of a blend of colours. Fortunately I'm a bit of a fanatic when it comes to gemstones so that helps! I've tried to capture in the vidio and photo's the charms of the bi-colour but their just not as good as the real stone. Some lucky person out there is going to get a ring which will give them years of pleasure and enjoyment!
