We have created The Silver Rock Art Collection so people can have access to rings, that because of the gemstone used, will be of an individual nature. There are a lot of artificial stones on the market these days and they all have a sameness about them that tends to ruin the whole gemstone experience. To have a natural gem for a lot of people {including us at Steve and Linda's of the earth gems } is a enjoyment and a pleasure to behold and to have it set in a ring allows us to carry our stone with us without losing it. Often the stone will exhibit natural characteristics making it a individual item. So we at Steve and Linda's of the earth gems have decided to create a range of rings that are one off individual pieces for people who want something that wont be carbon copied to death. This ring was set with a light pink sapphire we cut and polished from the Tanzanian sapphire parcel of rough we bought many years ago and is no longer possible to buy in any decent quantity or size, once what we have is gone then we will not be able to cut any more stones. This stone is a colour shift stone so I have taken photos in two different types of light. One was daylight corrected the other was under a common household fluro. Unfortunately the photos don't do it justice but we also got the ring evaluated so at least you know from a professional point of view that it is worth what we are asking! It was valued for insurance purposes at $1603 Aust . the retail value was calculated at $1160 Aust {$880 US }  we are only asking $500, which for a sapphire ring is quite affordable especially since sapphires are far more scratch resistant than most other stones this truly is a ring you can wear every day and with a little care can become an heirloom piece to be handed down.
