This is a doublet opal made from natural crystal from Coober Pedy and backed on to ironstone from Queensland to look like expensive black opal. A natural garnet stone has been added to enhance the earring.This garnet is on a swinging bail.
The workmanship and quality is excellent.
Silver clip on back.
