There are a lot of artificial stones on the market these days and they all have a sameness about them that tends to ruin the whole gemstone experience. To have a natural gem for a lot of people {including us at Steve and Linda's of the earth gems } is a enjoyment and a pleasure to behold and to have it set in a ring allows us to carry our stone with us without losing it. Often the stone will exhibit natural characteristics making it a individual item. This ring was set with a colour shift Tanzanian sapphire under sunlight corrected light it shows a magnificent blue. Under the kitchen fluro it goes to an amethyst purple. this is an awesome ring and its the stone that makes it awesome. I've tried to take photos under both lights but they don't do the ring justice. We cut the stone ourselves from a parcel of Tanzanian rough we acquired years ago. We got the ring evaluated and for insurance purposes it is worth $2760 Aust and the retail price was calculated by the evaluator at $2000 Aust  {$1500 US } You can see our price to you.!!.
