Campaign Types

  1. Private - private campaigns are not shown anywhere on the website and are meant for specific customers only or promotions that you want to run on social media, etc. For example, if you want to reward your 10 best customers, create a Private Campaign. After creating your campaign, send a message to your chosen customers with the Campaign Code. Once your selected customers head to checkout, they will have to manually enter the Campaign Code to get the discount you are offering.

  2. Public - when you create a Public Campaign, customers can see your Campaign Code on category pages and on the item page. Once a customer heads to checkout, the discount is automatically applied to the purchase. Customers do not have to manually enter the Campaign Code to get the discount you are offering.

Please note:

  • Public campaigns can only last for 30 days;

  • If you have several public campaigns to run, the dates cannot be overlapping;

  • You can have private campaigns running at the same time as a public campaign;

  • Only one campaign code can be redeemed at checkout.

You can also manage your campaigns in the “Coupon Campaign” section. View your active campaigns and edit your current campaigns as needed.
